1. 6A Integrated Safety Platform
Developed for 160 km/h EMUs, this platform is the nerve center for onboard safety. Initially designed as a rack-mount subrack by Rdekono, it has been upgraded to base-mounted and wall-mounted versions for flexible installation in the locomotive head section.

  • Core Functions: Integrated alarm processing, secure data storage, human-machine interface (HMI), centralized power distribution, and real-time network transmission with dual-processor redundancy.

  • Status: A mature, mass-produced system demonstrating long-term reliability in continuous operation.

2. Onboard Safety & Monitoring Systems
We provide the mechanical foundation for next-generation intelligent monitoring, supporting speeds up to 450 km/h.

  • Beijing-Xiong'an High-Speed Line: Supplied main subracks for the safety monitoring system, video surveillance system, and multi-network data integration platform.

  • International Expertise: For the Jakarta–Bandung HSR, we developed specialized subracks including:

    • Signal Conditioning Subrack (High-Voltage)
