Beijing Rdekono Electronic Equipment Co,.Ltd, a leading manufacturer of 19-inch chassis, operates its own integrated one-stop management system. The factory's management system comprises five core modules: CRM, ERP, PLM, MES, and WMS.
Our factory has full control over the entire production process through these management systems, while also implementing efficient management to improve order delivery rates and quality. Starting from the sales department placing orders, each department prepares production through the ERP system, delivery after production completion
1. CRM (Customer Relationship Management System)
Manages customers and orders, improves service quality to boost repeat orders, reduces sales costs, and increases order conversion rates.
2. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
Manages pipelines, materials, and orders. Integrates all company resources and information flows, optimizes resource allocation, reduces costs, and enhances efficiency.
Example (Sales Order 00868): Upon sales order placement, the production department receives Order 00868 in the ERP system. Production schedules are then planned based on order instructions, standardizing the workflow and improving production efficiency.
3. PLM (Product Lifecycle Management System)
Manages product design, R&D, and project management. Aims to accelerate product development, improve product quality, and control project costs.
4. MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
Controls the entire manufacturing process from production scheduling to finished goods warehousing. Standardizes production operations and progress monitoring to increase line efficiency and product quality.
Example: The production department can track the real-time status of Order 00868 via MES.
5. WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Enhances inventory accuracy and security while optimizing logistics efficiency through integrated, automated warehouse processes. Provides real-time, effective control over inventory management across all warehouse logistics operations.
