Customizable 19” subrack Solutions for Railway control Systems

The world railway network is the artery of modern commerce and transportation. The core of these complex systems - powering signals, passenger information, train control, and communication networks - is the critical electronic component. These components require a fortress: a chassis that can withstand the relentless impacts, vibrations, and harsh environments encountered in daily life.

 

Beijing Rdekono Electronic Equipment Co.,Ltd is a leading manufacturer of 19’’subrack, providing solutions for TCMS (train control systems). We have developed a series of subrack installations for projects such as network unit, security unit, and brake unit, which are used for the Fuxing Express, 250 km, 300 km, 350 km, Chinese standard high-speed trains (Jingxiong Line, Jingzhang Line, Jinghu Line), as well as some subway projects in Kunming, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Beijing, and Tianjin.

 

1. 6A Central Processing Platform: It can be classified into rack-mounted, wall-mounted, and pedestal-mounted types, and is installed in the head section of the 160 km/h power-concentrated EMU.

 

Beijing Rdekono Electronic Equipment Co.,Ltd designed and developed the 6A Central Processing Platform in a rackmount subrack configuration, later upgraded to base-mounted and wall-mounted structural versions.

• Key functions include: integrated alarm processing, safety data storage, human–machine interface, centralized power distribution, real-time network transmission, dual-processor redundancy, and expandable subsystem monitoring.

• The platform remains in mass production and long-term operational use to this day.

2. Axle Box Vibration Detection Host Unit:
Installed on the 250 km/h "Fuxing" Chinese Standard Electric Multiple Unit (EMU).

3. On-board Safety Monitoring System
Installed on the Beijing-Xiong'an High-speed Railway Line.

 

Beijing Rdekono Electronic Equipment Co.,Ltd developed a new generation of 450 km/h intelligent safety monitoring system main subracks, video surveillance system main subracks, and onboard multi-network data integration platform subracks.

Additionally, participated in the design and development of several specialized subracks used in the Jakarta–Bandung High-Speed Railway Project, including:

 

• Signal conditioning subrack (high-voltage subrack)

• Onboard signal conditioning subrack (low-voltage subrack)

• Pantograph-catenary data acquisition device subrack
